A little bit of fun during the festive season. This 60 min class is loosely (and I mean loosely !) based on the Nativity Scene. Luckily it is saved by a wonderful Chocolate Meditation at the end before the relaxation. Chocolate will forever taste better after this meditation, which incidentally can be practiced at any time of the year , after all Chocolate is not just for Christmas, its for life !!!
