Calling back your power,  from events, people, places,  wherever you may of left a bit of energy, this will help you reel it back to yourself, Using EBR5 & a beautiful Mudra sequence.   Following with some ab strengthening& the pose of Tranquillity.  Followed by a stroll on the beach Relaxation. This class needs a certain amount of abdominal strength,  as you will see even I struggle with the inversion.  Not recommended for beginners, but practised with caution and care is good for intermediate or experienced yogis. – 60 min
